Role Overview
Senior stewards oversee the wealth creation engine, integrating entrepreneur IP at scale while ensuring perpetual appreciation through expressive/intuitive/transcendent layers (blue-flow, purple-knowing, white-unity).

Key Responsibilities
- Steward IP ecosystems: Vet and scale high-impact entrepreneur contributions (e.g., intuitive tech + somatic systems) into collective ventures, using future readings for long-term alignment.
- Optimize resource sharing: Build dynamic networks (e.g., global retreat alliances) where IP flows freely, generating compounding value (e.g., tokenized assets appreciating via network effects).
- Engineer perpetual wealth: Implement advanced mechanisms (e.g., AI-tracked royalty cascades, regenerative investment loops) ensuring 20–40% annual appreciation redistributed as dividends/grants.
- Facilitate transcendent sessions: Lead executive-level healings (psychic surgery, soul fragment retrieval) to align collective beliefs with abundance.
- Innovate and expand: Partner with external entrepreneurs to plug into the engine, measuring planetary impact (e.g., IP-driven sustainability projects yielding economic/social returns).
Qualifications
- Expert in full-spectrum facilitation (somatic through transcendent).
- Proven track record of building appreciating systems (e.g., co-ops or funds with sustained growth).
