IP Orchestrator

IP Orchestrator (Mid-Level – Post-Fellowship or 1–2 Years Experience)

Reports to: Systems Architect or Impact Collective Director
Location: Hybrid (retreat partners like Esalen/Omega + field assignments)
Employment Type: Full-time (with fellowship extension options)
Compensation: $85,000–$110,000 USD + performance-based equity bonuses + full resource access
Role Overview
Mid-level orchestrators scale entrepreneur IP through collective collaborations, focusing on mental/relational layers (yellow-intention, green-heart) to build interconnected systems that perpetually appreciate value.
Key Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate IP "plug-ins": Facilitate entrepreneur collaborations (e.g., merging a DNA activation protocol with a somatic dance app) using 7th Plane connections for intuitive alignment.
  • Manage resource ecosystems: Allocate shared assets (e.g., network toolkits, retreat venues, intuitive circles) to amplify IP, ensuring mutual benefits like co-branded revenue streams.
  • Drive appreciation engines: Design compounding mechanisms (e.g., royalty pools, impact investment funds) where IP contributions yield perpetual returns (tracked via dashboards showing 15–30% annual appreciation).
  • Lead belief transformation workshops: Use advanced digging (history/soul levels) to resolve collective blocks (e.g., "wealth is finite"), fostering abundance mindsets.
  • Measure and report: Analyze how integrations create wealth (e.g., a shared regenerative protocol licensed globally, redistributing profits as grants).
Qualifications
  • Starpath fellowship graduate with proven IP integration experience.
  • Advanced somatic/intuitive skills (e.g., group healings, vitality activations).
  • Experience in collaborative economics (e.g., DAOs, co-ops) and first-principles problem-solving.
  • Portfolio showing scaled IP with measurable appreciation (e.g., community projects generating ongoing value).
Growth Path
Eligible for Systems Steward after leading 5+ integrations with sustained engine growth (e.g., collective fund appreciating 50%+ over 2 years).
