IP Integrator (Entry-Level – Open to Recent Graduates & Satellite Alumni)
Reports to: Intuitive Guide or Systems Architect
Location: Hybrid (Crystal Creek base + remote)
Employment Type: Full-time Contract (6–12 months, with equity earn-in)
Compensation: $55,000–$75,000 USD + shared resource access (e.g., retreat stays) + initial IP equity stake
Role Overview
Entry-level role for entrepreneurs to onboard their IP into the collective while accessing shared resources. Focuses on physical/emotional layers (red-root vitality, orange-sacral flow) to ground IP in embodied practices, ensuring contributions align with regenerative principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and "plug in" entrepreneur IP (e.g., somatic protocols, intuitive apps, regenerative designs) via initial belief audits (using ThetaHealing digging to clear limiting programs like "scarcity" or "competition").
- Facilitate resource sharing: Match IP contributors with network assets (e.g., Crystal Creek movement spaces for testing embodied tools, or Omega workshops for beta-testing).
- Co-create entry-level wealth mechanisms: Tokenize simple IP contributions (e.g., via shared licensing) to start appreciation cycles, tracking value growth through collective metrics.
- Lead small group sessions: Embody IP through contact improv or acro yoga integrations, fostering trust and co-ownership.
- Document and refine: Build case studies on how IP + shared resources generate compounding value (e.g., a somatic app scaled via network partnerships yielding royalties).
Qualifications
- Starpath graduate with portfolio of personal IP (e.g., a belief-work tool or movement practice).
- Basic proficiency in somatic facilitation and belief alignment (core/genetic levels).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with understanding of regenerative economics (e.g., circular value flows).
- Commitment to collective appreciation: Willingness to contribute 10–20% of IP-derived revenue back to the engine.
Growth Path
Promotion to IP Orchestrator after demonstrating 2–3 successful integrations with measurable appreciation (e.g., 20% value growth in shared projects).
