Starpath Intuitive Guide (Mid-Level – Post-Fellowship)
Reports to: Fellowship Director or Impact Collective Lead
Location: Partner Retreat Centers (Esalen, Omega, etc.) or Crystal Creek (travel required)
Employment Type: Full-time Fellowship Placement (18–24 months)
Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 USD + housing stipend, retreat perks, professional development fund
Role Overview
Guides deeper intuitive and relational layers during accredited fellowships at partner retreat centers. Focuses on heart-centered systems, expressive flow, and advanced belief work while co-designing regenerative projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate intermediate/advanced somatic and intuitive workshops (partner trust exercises, fluid dance flows, group ThetaHealing sessions)
- Lead belief-digging intensives across four levels, including DNA activation protocols and vitality chromosome work
- Co-create and deliver project-based conundrums: regenerative community protocols, ethical innovation simulations, organizational coherence designs
- Hold 7th Plane connections for group healings, future readings, and manifestation circles
- Mentor entry-level facilitators and satellite alumni during immersions
- Document case studies and contribute to Starpath curriculum archive
Qualifications
- Successful completion of Starpath fellowship at Esalen, Omega, or equivalent partner
- Proficiency in full-spectrum facilitation (physical through intuitive layers)
- Demonstrated ability to lead group energetic processes safely and ethically
- Portfolio of at least three applied regenerative projects
- Alignment with Starpath values: sovereignty, consent, love-based co-creation
